This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, translating these insights into effective technology-driven business solutions. The position demands proactive engagement in shaping project outcomes, fostering trusted advisor relationships, and continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through thought leadership and strategic contributions.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices into project delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote collective team expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong understanding of time management processes within human capital management systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
