Job Description

Gather and analyzebusiness & functional requirements for banking/payment applications.
PrepareBRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Work onpayment processing, payout workflows, banking integrations, and reconciliation.
HandleAPI and H2H banking integrations, UTR tracking, and payment lifecycle analysis.
CoordinateUAT, functional/integration testing, defect tracking, and post-go-live support.
Supportapplication implementation, deployment, and change management.
Coordinate with business, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

4–6 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience inBanking & Payment Systems.
Experience inPayment Gateway / Merchant Acquiring / Payment Processing.
Hands-on knowledge ofOracle SQL / PL/SQL and Linux.
Strong BRD/FRD, requirement gathering, UAT/SIT, and production support experience.
Good understanding ofAPI, H2H banking integrations, payment lifecycle, and reconciliation.
