Job Summary

• Highly skilled, hands-on Technical Architect with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Architecture, and Agentic AI.

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

• Drive AI-powered transformation initiatives using LLMs, AI agents, RAG frameworks, and orchestration platforms.

• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, hands-on development, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Design and implement enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, security standards, and scalability strategies.

• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

• Translate requirements documents into technical designs and implementation plans.

• Design n-tier and multi-layer architecture applications.

• Establish coding standards, testing practices, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native development best practices.

• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) and support existing projects.

Agentic AI & Generative AI

• Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions using:

  • Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs

  • LangChain and LangGraph

  • Microsoft Semantic Kernel

  • Multi-agent frameworks

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, and ChromaDB

• Design autonomous AI workflows for business process automation.

• Develop AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and enterprise knowledge agents.

• Integrate LLM-powered systems with enterprise applications, APIs, and services.

• Implement AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, security, and governance.

Development & Delivery

• Provide hands-on coding support and technical leadership.

• Develop high-performance REST APIs using Spring Boot.

• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Build and optimize high-traffic, multithreaded Java applications.

• Guide teams through Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.

• Support production applications and ongoing maintenance projects.

Technical Skills – Must-Have

• Core Java and Java 17+/21.

• J2EE / JEE technologies.

• Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Spring Cloud and Microservices Architecture.

• Struts framework.

• Hibernate, ORM, and JPA.

• Vector databases and semantic search.

• LLM integration with enterprise applications.

• AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.

• 5+ years in solution architecture or technical architecture roles.

• 5+ years of experience developing JEE applications and Web Services.

• 5–7 years of experience with Java/JEE technologies, as specified in the role requirements.

• Experience working as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect.

• Extensive experience with design patterns, system concepts, frameworks, and OOP principles.

• Proven ability to provide technical guidance to project teams.

• Experience handling production support and maintenance projects.
