Our Why

Datacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a difference in people’s lives and help organisations use the power of tech to innovate and grow.

About the Role (your why)

As a Solution Specialist, you will be a key member of our Information Management and Productivity Solutions team working alongside customers to co-create solutions that transform and modernise the way they work. You will design, build, implement and support Microsoft 365 solutions that strengthen collaboration, information management and productivity, using SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate alongside Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Purview.

You will also help customers realise the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI by supporting practical use-case discovery, readiness reviews and adoption alongside senior specialists. You will apply responsible AI practices in your own work and build your capability through hands-on learning, demonstrations and contributions to basic Copilot Studio agent configuration, testing and documentation under guidance.

You will deliver a first-class experience for customers of our Intelligent Workplace services. Using a consultative and co-design approach, you will explore customer needs and translate requirements into practical solutions. You will work autonomously on agreed project tasks within a collaborative team, following delivery methodologies, architectural standards and change-management processes, with senior specialists available for guidance and peer review.

This role is part of our Australia and New Zealand team. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
