Energy Partner Service Engineer

Vienna, Austria

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with installers to develop their capabilities, visit them regularly, develop joint improvement plans based on Huawei's and partners' targets, visit partners/installers on a monthly/quarterly basis, analyze weaknesses, collect voices, and track closure;

• As part of technical support team, devolve the related technical capabilities to support the customers technical issues handling.

• Build and expand the service partner system, gain insight into best practices in the industry, adapt service partner policies, plan and build the service partner system of the rep office, and organize service partner certification, certification renewal, and upgrade/degradation;

• Develop installer capability improvement and training maps based on current business gaps and future development plans, and regularly deliver services.

• Manage the performance and compliance of service partners, manage the performance and incentives of service partners, and take responsibility for the quality and security, service consistency, cyber security and privacy protection, and compliant operations of service partners' business domains;

What We’re Looking For:

• 2025/2026/2027 Fresh Graduates with Technical University Degree (electrical/power/electronics…etc.)

• Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures

• Fluent in English and German

• Good customer communication skills

• Know the basic MS office product (excel, words..etc)

• Ability to travel.

• Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy

• Experience in customer service will be a plus

• Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
