About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytically mindedJunior Wireless Product Manager to join our Southeast European Wireless Network & Cloud Core Network Solution Sales Department in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will support the development and execution of wireless solution strategies, gain deep insights into the mobile industry, and help drive sales growth across 2G/3G/4G/5G, microwave backhaul, and related technologies. You will act as a key interface between customers, internal technical teams, and the market.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens, Greece.

Main Responsibilities:

Market & Customer Insights

• Understand the mobile industry environment and identify customer/operator strategies.

• Identify pain points, specify solution strategies, and develop market plans that match market requirements.

• Make corresponding resource plans based on market insights.

Solution & Business Development

• Support customer requirement identification and guide wireless solution development.

• Gain insights from dimensions such as market space, product alignment, channel strategy, and opportunity.

• Explore opportunities, develop projects, and implement sales strategies to achieve order and revenue targets.

Customer & Technical Communication

• Establish good communication with customers and internal technical interfaces.

• Build a strong personal brand and guide departments to implement product improvement strategies end-to-end.

• Continuously improve solution competitiveness.

Marketing & Ecosystem

• Support brand marketing activities and ecosystem construction to expand industry influence.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge and background in the mobile communications industry, including but not limited to 2G/3G/4G/5G, Microwave backhaul, wireless radio antenna, indoor coverage, and site energy.

Organization & Coordination

• Ability to take charge of internal and external coordination and communication to ensure product delivery as planned.

Risk Assessment & Problem Solving

• Ability to evaluate the impact and risks of issues from the user's perspective based on big data and historical product experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills

• Good communication with customers.

• Skilled in technical solution presentation and telecom industry trend presentation.

IT Skills

• Good IT skills for product presentations, data analysis, and process-based work.

Experience

• Experience working with a Telecom Vendor or Operator.

Languages

• Fluent in Greek and English.
