Cleaning Operative – Fitzrovia, W1T

Dazzle is a tech-led commercial cleaning company providing professional cleaning services across London. We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join one of our client sites in Fitzrovia, W1T.

This is a regular evening cleaning job in Central London, ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday hours and a reliable long-term position. The site is conveniently located between Goodge Street and Warren Street stations, making it easily accessible by public transport.

• Location: Fitzrovia, W1T

• Days: Monday–Friday from 6:00 PM–9:00 PM

• Hours per week: 15 hours

• Pay: £14.50 per hour

• Position: 1 Cleaning Operative

• Expected start date:28 September 2026

• Schedule:Fixed evening shifts

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across the client site. You should be comfortable working independently, following cleaning procedures, and completing your duties efficiently within the allocated shift.

Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential, as the role requires someone who understands professional cleaning standards and can work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Cleaning Operative who can commit to the full Monday–Friday schedule.

You should have:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience

• Good spoken English

• Good attention to detail

• A reliable and punctual approach to work

• The ability to work independently

• Knowledge of COSHH

• Knowledge of the colour-coded cleaning system

• A working smartphone with your own data plan

• The right to work in the UK

• A valid DBS certificate

• Reliable access to the Fitzrovia site for the evening shifts

• Availability to start from 21 September 2026
