As the Store Associate, you play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT

Responsible for:

· Greet and assist customers in a friends and professional manner.

· Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

· Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

· Loss prevention.

Accountable for:

· Ensure the store is always well-presented, maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

· Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and updating inventory records.

· Previous retail store experience.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
