Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedTeamcenter Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter, strong functional knowledge, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into Teamcenter solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across Teamcenter PLM modules and business processes.
• Design and implement Teamcenter solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, offshore development teams, and project leadership.
• Serve as the functional SPOC for project stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery activities.
• Support Teamcenter production, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
• Prepare functional and technical specification documents.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint-wise delivery.
• Mentor team members and provide functional guidance.
• Support data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Analyze and support Teamcenter integrations with ERP, MES, MCAD, ECAD, and other enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Siemens Teamcenter experience.
• Strong Teamcenter functional and implementation experience.
• Requirements gathering and solution design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter data model and business processes.
• Experience with BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Security, and Material Management.
• Experience withTcRA, Substance Compliance, Teamcenter Manufacturing, or related Teamcenter modules is highly preferred.
• Experience with Teamcenter data migration from legacy PLM/ERP/MES systems.
• Understanding of Teamcenter/AWC architecture.
• Experience working with Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Strong communication, customer management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience working with tools such asJIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Preferred Experience

• Teamcenter integration withSAP, Oracle, MES, MCAD, ECAD, Polarion, ALM, and other applications.
• Experience with Teamcenter deployment onAWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter installation, administration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
• Experience managing offshore development teams.
• Strong documentation and project coordination experience.
