Team Leader with English & Other European Language, Insurance Policy Servicing

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Placement and Policy Servicing Team at the European Business Support Center (EBSC), part of Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw and follows a hybrid working model, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team supporting insurance policy servicing and the policy renewal process. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, including Marsh insurance brokers across various European countries. The role combines day-to-day operational leadership with responsibility for driving mid- to long-term initiatives focused on standardization, centralization, and efficiency.

We will count on youto:

• Lead, coach, and support a policy servicing team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency across all deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize business-as-usual activities while driving mid- to long-term projects and change initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate communication with clients, insurers, and Marsh insurance brokers across various European countries to support policy servicing and renewals.
• Manage and monitor the policy renewal process, including client renewal lists, claims statistics, loss reports, premium proposals, and policy summaries.
• Identify, lead, and implement standardization, centralization, and process-efficiency improvements to enhance service quality and operational performance.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and motivated team environment by providing coaching, regular feedback, and development opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and workload, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services.
• Promote consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the team and relevant stakeholder groups.

What you need to have:

• Experience in people management, including recruitment, coaching, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in at least one additional European language.
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing business-as-usual priorities with project delivery.
• Experience leading standardization, centralization, process improvement, operating model changes, or similar efficiency initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to make sound decisions in a changing environment.

What makes you stand out:

• Proficiency in Spanish, Norwegian, or another European language.
• Experience in the insurance sector and/or an SSC/BPO environment.
• Experience with insurance policy servicing, renewals, or related operational processes.
• Previous involvement in process transitions, centralization programs, and/or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
