Team Leader - Substance Use

We’re seeking a Substance Use Team Leader to guide our Substance Use Team, support clinician development, and help ensure high-quality services for the individuals and families we serve.

In this role, you’ll balance clinical leadership with direct client care, helping your team grow professionally while supporting effective, compassionate service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Develop: Provide supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to team members, including clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Coordinate Care: Guide day-to-day team operations, coordinate service assignments, and collaborate with community providers and contracted partners.
• Provide Clinical Services: Maintain a caseload of 8–12 clients while supporting quality, timely documentation and effective service delivery.
• Support Program Success: Oversee the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), monitor team performance, and identify opportunities to improve services.

Qualifications

Master’s degree

Professional License and good standing with VT OPR required; LADC preferred.
