Role Overview

As the Team Leader of Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) for Population Health, you will support the leadership team in day-to-day operations and provide guidance and mentoring for the Mobile Integrated Health Medics. You¿ll continue to perform the duties of an MIH Medic, delivering comprehensive, safe, and efficient in-home care as an alternative to emergency department visits or hospitalizations.

What You Will Do

• Support the leadership team in day-to-day operations of the Mobile Integrated Health program.
• Provide guidance and mentoring for Mobile Integrated Health Medics.
• Deliver comprehensive, safe, and efficient in-home care as an MIH Medic.
• Develop collaborative relationships with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Utilize Epic and MIH platforms to ensure seamless operations and patient care.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Current MIH Medic.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience as a paramedic with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• No disciplinary actions taken within one (1) year of application.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensure as a Paramedic with a valid, unrestricted State of Michigan license.
• Valid State of Michigan Driver¿s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree.
