Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

Our nursery provides a welcoming environment for children aged 0–5 years, with dedicated spaces for babies, toddlers and preschool children. Located opposite Dundonald Park, we offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and learning.
We follow the EYFS and Curiosity Approach, with fun activities including Forest School, Boogie Mites, Teddy Tennis, yoga and Bilingual Beats. Our learning programmes encourage children to explore, be creative and develop new skills, and our on-site chef prepares fresh meals every day.
What will you be doing?
Leading and supporting your room team to provide high-quality care and education.
Planning fun and engaging activities to support children's learning and development.
Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Supporting and mentoring team members to help them develop their skills.
Ensuring EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety requirements are followed.
Working closely with the Nursery Management Team to maintain high standards across the setting.
What are we looking for?
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
Experience working in an early years setting.
Previous room leadership experience or the confidence to take the next step into a leadership role.
A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A caring, positive approach and a passion for children's learning and development.
