About The Job:
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead with strong expertise in US Mortgage Settlement Operations to join our growing team in Coimbatore.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations acrossSettlement functions including:
- Post-Closing
- Recording
- Policy Preparation
- Curative
- Drive team performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
- Act as theprimary point of escalation and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Motivate and guide teams through effective leadership and decision-making
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Champion acustomer-first approach, ensuring all decisions align with client goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Settlement Operations domain
- At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role (on paper)
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership, decision-making, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Good understanding of performance metrics and reporting (MIS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
