We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Lead for our Health Insurance sector. This role is crucial to our team as it involves leading and shaping our contact center team to deliver exceptional customer service while continuously improving our health insurance processes. 

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

- Lead and manage the health insurance contact center team

- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service that meets SLA requirements

- Plan, strategize, and implement process improvements for increased efficiency

- Work cross-functionally with other departments to enhance overall service offering

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of the contact center team

- Ensure that the team meets its KPIs and objectives 

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

- Minimum 4 and maximum 10 years of experience in a team lead role in the health insurance sector

- Proven experience in managing a contact center team

- Strong understanding of health insurance processes and regulations
