Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedOTC Team Lead to support theChina, Taiwan, and Hong Kong markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, includingCash Application, Customer Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable (AR) Reporting, Collections, Billing, and O2C Closing activities. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin for operational discussions and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day OTC operations for assigned markets.
• Perform and overseeCash Application activities, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of receipts.
• ManageCustomer Master Data creation, maintenance, and governance.
• Support and execute monthlyO2C Closing activities within agreed timelines.
• Monitor and prepareAccounts Receivable (AR) reports, analyze aging, and highlight collection risks.
• DriveCollections activities to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
• SupportBilling and Invoice Management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and customer disputes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Commercial teams, and customers.
• Handle operational requests via email and participate in stakeholder meetings conducted in Mandarin.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree inFinance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in:
  • Cash Application
  • O2C Closing
  • Accounts Receivable Reporting
  • Collections
  • Billing
  • Customer Master Data Management
• Strong understanding of theOrder-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) process.
• Proficiency inMandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support Chinese stakeholder.
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Experience withSAP or SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shared services environment.

• Experience working in a regional or global shared services environment.
• Exposure to process transitions, automation, or continuous improvement projects.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is preferred with handling team size upto 5.
