About the Role

Raps Consulting is looking for an experiencedTeam Lead – Domestic Recruitment to lead our India Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, team management, stakeholder engagement, and client delivery across IT and Non-IT hiring. The role requires driving recruitment performance, ensuring SLA adherence, and mentoring recruiters to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Domestic Recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across India.
• Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure timely closures.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Track daily recruitment metrics, team productivity, and SLA compliance.
• Conduct resume reviews, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Mentor, coach, and train recruiters to improve sourcing and hiring quality.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring forecasts for management.
• Drive process improvements and maintain high standards of candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment/India Staffing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT hiring across multiple industries.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and team management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
