Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science, established through a partnership withKing's College School, Wimbledon and Nanjing Foreign Language School, is seeking an outstandingTeacher of Early Yearsto join ourKindergarten fromFebruary 2027.

As our Early Years provision grows, we areopening an additional Pre-Nursery class for children aged 2.5 to 3. Our classes bring together bilingual and international students, withsmall class sizes of 15–18 children and both Chinese and international educators working together in the classroom.

Our approach is built around the belief thathow children learn is as important as what they learn. Through play, inquiry and hands-on experiences, children develop confidence, independence, resilience, creativity and positive relationships.

Learning takes place both indoors and outdoors, including in ourfour dedicated garden spaces, giving children daily opportunities to explore, experiment, make choices and learn by doing.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this Early Years teaching position, candidates should have:

• Degree inEarly Childhood Education, Early Years Education, Primary Education, Education, or a closely related field

• Recognized teaching qualification, license or certification, such asUK QTS/EYTS/PGCE or an equivalent US, Canadian or Australian teaching credential

• At least3 years of relevant teaching experience

• Experience withPre-Nursery, Nursery or comparable Early Years age groups

• Strong understanding ofearly childhood development

• Experience withplay-based, inquiry-led and child-centred learning

• Experience within aninternational, bilingual, British or comparable Early Years setting

• Able to meet Chinese work-permit requirements

• Able to start inFebruary 2027
