Business Intelligence Engineer

As a member of our collaborative and friendly Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will take ownership of the entire process, transforming raw data into actionable business insights using our modern, best-in-class data stack. Your efforts will empower data-driven decision-making across the organisation, ensuring that stakeholders have access to trusted and insightful information. Throughout this process, you will collaborate closely with a skilled and supportive BI team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Build and optimize end‑to‑end BI pipelines (ELT, Kimball modeling)
• Design scalable data models and write advanced, high‑performance SQL
• Deliver trusted, user-friendly dashboards that drive real business decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders and teammates across the full data lifecycle
• Collaborate through Git with strong engineering and analytics best practices

Tech stack

• Snowflake | Matillion | dbt | Power BI | Git

What we’re looking for

• At least 4+ years working with data warehousing
• You are a problem-solver who looks at a data discrepancy as a puzzle to be solved, not a chore.
• You are a strong communicator who can translate technical complexity into business value for stakeholders.
• Mid to senior-level BI experience withstrong SQL mastery
• Proven ownership from ingestion to dashboard delivery
• Experience working inScrum-based Agile teams
• Afriendly, helpful, and collaborative mindset
