Job Purpose

TheSAP SD Consultant plays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's globalSAP landscape. This role combines deepSAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimizeOrder-to-Cash (O2C) processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle—fromrequirements gathering andsolution design throughimplementation,deployment, andsupport—while also identifying opportunities to leverageAI-driven capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

SAP Solution Delivery & Support

• Lead the implementation ofSAP SD functionalities across all project phases, includinganalysis,design,configuration,testing,deployment, andhypercare support.

• Provide support for existingSAP template functionality and ensure system stability.

• Deliverenhancements,process improvements, anddefect resolutions aligned with business priorities.

• Analyze code and identify issues to acceleratedevelopment andtroubleshooting.

Business Collaboration & Process Optimization

• Partner with business stakeholders to understandcommercial andoperational requirements.

• Translate business needs intofunctional andtechnical specifications.

• Balancestandard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

• Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives across theOrder-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Knowledge Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Work closely withcross-functional SAP teams, includingFinance,Supply Chain,Procurement, andTechnology teams.

• Act as a recognizedSubject Matter Expert (SME) within key functional areas.

• Provideknowledge transfer to support teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants.

• Contribute toglobal project initiatives andbest-practice sharing across regions.

Innovation & AI Enablement

• Identify opportunities to leverageArtificial Intelligence (AI) andautomation withinSAP Sales & Distribution processes.

• Support the implementation ofAI-driven use cases across theOrder-to-Cash lifecycle.

• Contribute to TD SYNNEX'sdigital transformation strategy through innovative technology solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 5–7 years of experience as anSAP SD Consultant or in a similarERP consulting role.

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and supportingSAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.

• Solid understanding ofOrder-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and their integration with SAP.

• Experience working withinSAP ECC 6.7 environments is required. Exposure toS/4HANA is considered an advantage.

• Stronganalytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in aninternational andcross-functional environment.

• Experience withAI,automation, orintelligent process optimization within ERP environments is an advantage.

• Fluent English is required; an additional European language is considered a plus.
