Key Responsibilities

• Possess considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, specifically Windows 11 or higher.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and MS365.
• Have considerable knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and networks.
• Be experienced in Laptop Refresh processes.
• Utilize software tools such as SCCM, Remote Desktop, and Dameware to remotely connect to workstations.
• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Perform software installations, configurations, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Have considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMS.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and BIOS.
• Display excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
• Provide excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Show an openness to learning new technologies.
