Tax Manager

About the Role
We are supporting multiple organizations seeking experienced Tax Managers to oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning. This role is well-suited for professionals who enjoy managing complex tax matters while advising stakeholders on risk and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance filings
   

2. Review and prepare corporate and partnership tax returns
   

3. Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
   

4. Support tax planning initiatives and risk mitigation
   

5. Manage relationships with external tax advisors
   

6. Assist with tax audits and notices
   

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement
   

Required Skills & Experience

● 6+ years of tax experience
● Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and partnership tax
● Experience reviewing complex tax returns
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
● Excellent communication and analytical skills
