Description
Role description:
Provide business and technical support to SKF in the set up and configuration of OITD.
This includes:
Discuss business requirements for changes in OITD.
Implement needed changes in OITD.
Support testing and troubleshooting, including participation in incident handling.
Business knowledge
Good understanding about VAT transactions in Europe intra and extra EU. (Reverse charges, triangulation, Cross border transactions etc)
Basic understanding of sales tax in India.
Basic understanding of sales tax in US.
Technical knowledge - required
Expert knowledge about OITD logic.
Expert knowledge of how to configure OITD, including trans editors.
Technical knowledge – to be learned
Good knowledge about SKF specific configuration and trans editors.
Good understanding of PI connection to and from OITD.
Good understanding of how DOH/COH/ICSS works and how transactions to and from OITD is used.
