This role goes beyond tax compliance. You will also contribute to the growth of the firm's tax expertise by supporting talent development and driving the continuous improvement of practices and services.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• University degree in Taxation or a related field;

• CPA designation;

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Canadian tax regulations;

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders;

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, and professional proficiency in English;

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with tax and accounting software such as Taxprep and CCH is considered an asset;

• Initiative, autonomy and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
