Location: Earlville, Iowa

🔧 Position Details

Role: Welder / Fabricator

Pay Rate:

- $23 per hour – standard welding tier

- $25 per hour – higher welding tier, based on weld test results

Schedule:

- Monday through Thursday

- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- Four 10-hour shifts

- Friday overtime currently required, with additional voluntary overtime available

Overtime: Available

📋 Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of welding experience

- No welding certification required

- Must complete an on-site weld test

- Must speak and understand English

- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

- Ability to perform repetitive production welding

- Willingness to rotate between different work areas as needed

- Must complete a standard background check

- Must complete required pre-employment drug screening

- Steel toe safety shoes required
