🔧 Position Details

Role: Production Operator

Pay Rate:

- 1st Shift: $17 per hour

- 2nd Shift: $19 per hour

Schedule:

- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

- Monday through Friday

Overtime: Available based on production needs

📋 Job Requirements

- Entry-level candidates are welcome

- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

- No prior certifications required

- English reading ability preferred

- Ability to lift approximately 10–20 lbs

- Must complete a pre-employment physical

- Must complete a baseline hearing test

- Must complete a 10-panel drug screening using a hair sample

- Must complete a 7-year national background check

- Steel toe or composite toe safety shoes required
