About the Role :
This is a 9-month contract assignment for a Talent Systems & Business Analyst, supporting the Global People Operations Team. Contractors will be employed through a staffing partner, not directly by Palo Alto Networks. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to report to the office four days a week.
In this dynamic role, you will operate at the intersection of tactical execution and high-level strategic solutioning. As our primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS). Linkedin Learning, Internal AI Learning Platform and other Talent & Learning Platforms, you will be the go-to advisor for all stakeholders outside of GTM defining the "art of the possible” and designing solutions that maximize our technology investments.
Simultaneously, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to handle complex administration, user support, and data management across Docebo, LinkedIn Learning, AI learning platform (Internal), Workday, Asana, and AI Service Management (Internal) platforms. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, an innovative thinker, and a proactive partner who continually drives change, streamlines workflows, and elevates the overall employee experience.
Your Impact :
- Strategic Solutioning & Advisory: Act as the internal SME for Docebo and other training platforms, consulting with business leaders, stakeholders and HR to define the "art of the possible," translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable technology solutions, and guide system strategy.
- Continuous Improvement & Partnership: Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, driving continuous change and ensuring our systems evolve with the business.
- Platform Administration: Serve as the tactical Super Admin for the Docebo LMS, managing the course catalog, automated enrollments, user groups, system notifications, Docebo Connect, Insights Dashboards and overarching platform configuration.
- Program Logistics & Execution: Partner with stakeholders to streamline, automate and deploy global learning programs, including compliance training communications, scheduling, course quality assurance, and robust ad-hoc reporting.
- Data & AI Integration: Automate data workflows, implement robust data quality controls, and support the integration of AI tools to enhance reporting, self-service capabilities, and system functionality.
- Hands-On Support: Actively manage and resolve complex user requests and support tickets via our HR ticketing system delivering timely, effective solutions for a wide range of Talent & Enablement Platform related inquiries.
Your Qualifications:
- Required expertise in Docebo LMS: Must possess advanced proficiency with Super Admin capabilities and a deep understanding of platform architecture to serve as the resident SME.
- Agility & Adaptability: Must be a remarkably fast learner with a proven track record of mastering new platforms, workflows, and AI integrations quickly.
- Years of exp will be between 3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development and Employee Sentiment systems.
- A minimum of 1 year of business analysis, project management, or technology consulting experience; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A collaborative mindset with a history of successfully partnering with diverse, cross-functional teams to drive system changes and adoption.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality and integrity.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a unique ability to translate technical concepts into simple, impactful language for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with API integrations and applying AI to enhance reporting and data analysis is highly preferred.
