About the Role:

We are looking for aTalent Specialist with expertise and hands-on experience in sourcing talent for highly challengingData Collection and AI-related projects. Someone who has successfully delivered difficult vendor sourcing projects and can execute on the strategies, channels, and methods used to find hard-to-reach contributors. Experience limited to recruiting annotators or supporting standard AI projects would not be sufficient, instead, we are interested in candidates who have sourced contributors forniche, complex, or highly specialized projects, for example finding participants inrare languages, specific regions, unique demographics, or other difficult-to-access populations.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can genuinely impress us with theirknowledge and problem-solving approach. We want a person who can confidently tell us stories about projects where finding participants seemed nearly impossible, yet they successfully delivered results.

Location: Anywhere in Europe (Remote work)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global network of suppliers, recruiters, data collection partners, and contributor communities to support AI and Data Collection projects.
• Identify, recruit, assess, and onboard suppliers capable of delivering complex and hard-to-source data collection requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies for rare languages, niche demographics, specialized professions, and difficult-to-reach participant groups.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, sourcing methodologies, quality controls, and scalability potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective contributor acquisition strategies.
• Research new sourcing channels, platforms, communities, and recruitment approaches to improve project delivery success.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams on vendor documentation, invoicing, and payment-related matters.
• Share best practices and market insights related to contributor sourcing and data collection operations.

Ideal Background

• Proven experience sourcing contributors for AI, Data Collection, Research, Market Research, User Research, or similar projects.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting participants for hard-to-fill requirements, including rare languages, niche demographics, or specialized professional groups.
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels beyond traditional recruitment platforms.
• Ability to explain sourcing strategies, challenges, and successful project outcomes through real-life examples.
• Creative and resourceful problem solver with a track record of delivering results under challenging conditions.
