Project Details/Job Description:
- Dedicated team member with experience serving rental car, airlines, airports and or ground transportation
- Field experience in multi-site, frontline and airport operating environments
- Conduct site visits (3 locations), interviews and observation
- Assess onboarding, training, OJT, coaching and job support
- Compare practices across roles and locations using available performance data and industry benchmarks
- Synthesize strengths, opportunities and root causes into report
- Identify what should be retained, standardized, adapted, redesigned or developed
- Prioritize actions by impact, urgency, effort and cost
