Talent Partner - Part Time, Europe

Role Summary:

We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our lean People team and support hiring across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Design. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent and hiring managers, owning full-cycle recruiting for your portfolio of roles. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role and you'll be deep in sourcing, screening, and candidate & stakeholder management day to day, not setting strategy or managing people.

This role is 100% equity-based, there's no cash compensation. It works best for someone who wants meaningful ownership in an early-stage company,helping to build foundational teams from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse portfolio of roles (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Design).

• Partner closely with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to deeply understand needs of each business area, and ideal candidate.

• Drive both inbound and outbound recruitment for your area, designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier passive talent across diverse channels

• Adopt AI-powered tools and automation solutions in daily recruiting activities to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate screening, and optimise overall hiring processes.

• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews to assess experience, soft skills, cultural alignment, and motivation.

• Manage candidate expectations, especially with our unique compensation model, and provide a seamless, positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

• Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System

• Participate in ad-hoc TA projects as needed to improve processes and tools

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.

• Background in managing both inbound and outbound recruitment with a focus upon high-quality candidates across various business functions.

• An ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations while consistently delivering an exceptional candidate experience

• Comfort as an individual contributor, you're looking to do great recruiting work

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple open roles at once

• Genuine openness to equity-based compensation
