About the Role
Our client is seeking a Talent Mobility Coordinator to support the Compensation & Employee Programs team, focusing on the administration and coordination of global mobility operations across the UCAN region.
In this role, you will manage and support immigration and relocation processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of mobility programs. This position is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, process management, and the ability to handle multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Mobility Program Administration

Manage the Talent Mobility inbox and ensure timely handling of requests and tickets

Initiate and coordinate relocation and immigration cases with external vendors

Prepare mobility and immigration documentation, including employer letters and questionnaires

Coordinate document collection, signatures, and communication with vendors
-
Monitor internal case management systems and assign or escalate cases as needed

Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS systems

Prepare reports using data from relocation and immigration partners

Support cost estimate preparation for relocation cases
Knowledge Management & Process Improvement

Maintain accurate and organized immigration and mobility documentation

Assist in cataloging and maintaining country-specific immigration and relocation resources

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to update and standardize documentation
-
Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability

Develop and document standard operating procedures and work instructions
Ad Hoc Support

Provide administrative and operational support on special projects

Assist the Talent Mobility team with additional coordination tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Operations, Mobility, or administrative coordination roles

Experience working with immigration, relocation, or mobility programs (strongly preferred)

Experience managing ticketing systems or shared inbox workflows
-
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with HRIS systems and documentation processes
Preferred Skills

Experience working with relocation or immigration vendors

Familiarity with global mobility processes and compliance requirements

Experience in process improvement or workflow documentation
