Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring compliance with recruitment operations for both temporary and full-time positions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs and streamline the recruiting process.
- Source active and passive candidates, conduct pre-screens, and recommend candidates across various job levels, including entry-level, technical, and management roles.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to revise job descriptions and advertisements as needed.
- Lead recruiting strategy meetings to define candidate qualifications and characteristics.
- Provide support throughout the interview and hiring process, ensuring candidates are updated on their status.
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay informed on current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP Affirmative Action regulations and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
- Prepare weekly recruiting status reports for management.
- Participate in networking sessions and job fairs to enhance the company’s recruitment efforts.
- Experience with SAP HCM, specifically in SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Knowledge of EEO and affirmative action laws and OFCCP Federal Contractor requirements.
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead recruiting activities successfully and within compliance.
- Strong creativity in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions using various methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Software and SAP.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information and comply with relevant regulations.
