Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and establish selection criteria.
- Use market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing insights to develop recruiting strategies.
- Configure and optimize recruiting workflows and approved recruiting technologies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
- Review AI-generated candidate recommendations and apply human judgment to hiring decisions.
- Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and process management.
- Support offer development, compensation discussions, approvals, and offer documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, compliance documentation, and requisition data.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
