Talent Acquisition Sourcer

PGS Worldwide is seeking aTalent Acquisition Sourcer for a fully remote one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will focus specifically on sourcing and pre-screening technical, cleared, and professional talent—not full-cycle recruiting.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates usingLinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, and/or Juicebox.
• Experience sourcing engineering talent across disciplines such as Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, and Aerospace.
• Experience sourcing cleared candidates.
• Experience using Boolean search, social media, search engines, niche job boards, and professional networks.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens and managing candidate relationships.
• Ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies based on hiring-manager requirements.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Aerospace and defense recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
• Experience using CRM or candidate-management systems.
• Experience using market intelligence and sourcing data to guide recruiting strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Source and pre-screen qualified technical and professional candidates.
• Build targeted sourcing plans with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Identify passive candidates across multiple sourcing platforms and professional networks.
• Support sourcing for cleared and highly technical positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and maintain candidate engagement.
• Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Research talent-market conditions and competitor hiring trends.
• Support targeted recruiting events and career fairs.

Work Schedule / Shift

• Fully remote
• Eastern Time core hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

Pay

• $40.00 per hour.
