Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Job Description:

• Seeking a motivated and passionate Talent Sourcer to support hiring initiatives within the Talent Acquisition Team.
• This role will be based in Troy, MI, and will focus on identifying and engaging top diverse technical talent for North American and potentially global projects.

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top tech and non-tech talent, including diverse talent pools.
• Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified and diverse candidates.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices related to hiring in the tech and non tech fields, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process, serving as a brand ambassador for Client.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

• 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on diversity hiring preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, diversity recruitment and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for talent sourcing and diversity initiatives.
