Talent Acquisition Sourcer

PGS Worldwide is seeking aTalent Acquisition Sourcer for a fully remote approximately six-month contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will develop sourcing strategies, identify and engage qualified candidates, build talent pipelines, conduct market research, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to support specialized and hard-to-fill hiring needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent research, or a related talent acquisition function.
• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and executing proactive candidate-sourcing strategies.
• Experience identifying passive candidates through sourcing platforms, professional networks, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases.
• Experience conducting talent research and market mapping.
• Ability to identify target companies, talent pools, relevant skill sets, and candidate sources.
• Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Experience engaging prospective candidates through personalized outreach and networking.
• Ability to evaluate candidate profiles against established job requirements.
• Ability to partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Experience managing multiple sourcing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience using recruiting metrics and sourcing analytics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Experience monitoring pipeline health, response rates, conversion metrics, and sourcing activity.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Identify and engage qualified passive candidates.
• Conduct talent-market research and map target companies, skill sets, and candidate pools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.
• Conduct personalized candidate outreach and networking.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and provide sourcing recommendations to recruiting partners.
• Monitor sourcing activity, response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
• Adjust sourcing strategies based on recruiting data and market conditions.
• Identify new sourcing channels, tools, technologies, and research techniques.
• Provide regular updates regarding pipeline quality, sourcing progress, and market challenges.
• Support a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Work Schedule / Shift

• Fully remote within the domestic United States or Puerto Rico.
• 9/80B schedule.
• 1st Shift.

Pay

• $27.29 per hour.
• Overtime eligible.
