Job Description
Talent Acquisition Process Lead with GERMANLocation: Bucharest - hybrid work
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a person with:
Between 5–7 years of recruitment and talent operations experience, including team leadership, service governance and vendor coordination.
Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, business or operations discipline preferred
Demonstrated leadership across recruitment and talent-administration services
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD), Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Experience managing SLAs, capacity, quality, candidate escalations, vendors and confidential talent data
Strong governance, continuous-improvement and stakeholder-management skills- Fluency in German and English (min C1 level)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key activities:
Lead daily recruitment and talent-administration delivery and allocate work across service lines.
Govern requisition, candidate, screening, offer, ATS, performance, succession and career-record quality.
Manage hiring peaks, early-career programs, cross-location workflows and operational vendor interfaces.
Monitor SLA, backlog, ageing, candidate experience, data accuracy and control compliance.
Manage escalations and dependencies with Client, hiring stakeholders, screening providers and recruiting vendors.
Lead quality calibration, audit readiness, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Develop team capability and cross-training across recruiting and talent processes.
Escalate final selection, offer negotiation, talent calibration, succession decisions and program strategy
