Description We're looking for a proactive, research-driven and highly organised Talent Acquisition Partner to own sourcing and build the talent pipelines behind Kpler's global growth. You'll identify, engage, and nurture hard-to-reach candidates across multiple regions and functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to turn market insight into a steady flow of high-quality conversations. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we find and attract the talent that powers Kpler's growth.
Your Mission at Kpler
- Own proactive sourcing across a wide variety of roles and functions (Sales, Marketing and Business Units and more), generating a consistent flow of qualified, engaged candidates.
- Run market mapping and talent landscape analysis to identify where target talent sits and share those insights with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Design and refine advanced searches and sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, and other channels.
- Craft personalised outreach and multi-touch engagement sequences that earn replies and convert passive candidates into conversations.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pools and nurture campaigns for critical and niche roles in commodities, energy, maritime, data, and engineering.
- Partner with hiring managers from intake onwards: calibrate the ideal candidate profile, advise on market availability, and agree a sourcing strategy for each role.
- Run initial screening conversations to qualify and warm up candidates before handing over to the recruiting team and hiring managers.
- Track and report sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, source of hire, pipeline diversity) to identify what works and optimise channels accordingly.
- Continuously test new sourcing tools, channels, and techniques, and share best practice to raise sourcing capability across the People team.
- Support employer branding initiatives by shaping outreach messaging and candidate-facing content that reflects how Kpler is perceived in the market.
- Collaborate with the broader People team to ensure a consistent, top-tier candidate experience across all regions.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition ideally in scale-ups, SaaS, or fast-paced tech environments.
- Proven track record of proactive sourcing across various functions and seniority levels, including hard-to-fill and niche roles in high growth environments.
- Advanced expertise in sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM platforms.
- Strong market mapping and research skills, with the ability to turn market insight into actionable pipelines.
- Excellent written communication, with a demonstrable ability to write outreach that gets responses.
- Comfortable working in complex, scaling, and global environments.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and recruiters and influencing stakeholders on sourcing strategy.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and optimise accordingly.
- Bias for action, autonomy, and a high sense of urgency.
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC).
- Experience sourcing in niche markets: commodities, energy, maritime, data, engineering, analytics, etc.
- Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing (content, campaigns, talent communities, social presence).
