Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment team by coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate experiences. You will ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, acting as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Proactive communication and meticulous organization are essential for success in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates.
- Manage interview logistics and candidate travel arrangements.
- Address scheduling conflicts and last-minute issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and calendar management.
Experience within Human Resources and/or Recruiting is preferred for this role.
