Job Title:Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location:Kansas City, KS 66160 (Remote)
Job Type:Contract
Shift:M-F 8a-4:30p
Pay Range:$18.00 - $20.00/hr. on W2
Note: Position is mostly remote, but candidate does need to reside in Kansas City metro to come onsite when needed, which could be a few times per quarter
Job Details:
- 1+ year of HR experience.
- This role provides recruitment support post offer & is not a recruiter position.
- Strong communication skills with candidates is necessary.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with processing/reviewing background checks, pre-employment screening process & onboarding.
- High school diploma or GED
