• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Talend Data Integration.
• Create source-to-target mappings and technical design documentation.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, flat files, XML, and JSON.
• Drive data migration, transformation, and quality initiatives.
• Manage deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Talend Administration Center (TAC).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own project delivery independently and ensure adherence to quality, performance, and governance standards.
Required Skills
• 6-8 years of strong experience in Talend ETL Development and Solution Design.
• Expertise in Talend components, Joblets, Context Variables, TAC, and performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar databases.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and ETL best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Snowflake) and CI/CD tools is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage stakeholder interactions and deliver complex projects with minimal supervision.
