Help us make the world a better place for animals.

At TagsForHope, we create pet accessories that help feed, treat, and rescue animals in need. Every order we send plays a part in that mission.

Our story started with two brothers, a rescued Australian Shepherd named Abbi, and a shared ambition to build a company that makes a lasting difference for animals. Today, we’re a family-owned company designing and manufacturing products for pet families around the world.

Now, we’ve opened our first U.S. facility in Troy, Michigan, and we’re looking for someone to help build this next chapter with us.

Your opportunity

We’re hiring a hands-on Fulfillment Team Lead to help establish and run our new shipping operation.

You’ll take responsibility for daily fulfillment, making sure your team is organized, orders are accurate, and shipments leave on time. You’ll work alongside your teammates, help train new employees, and solve the everyday problems that keep an operation moving.

You’ll also work directly with the founders and have a voice in how we improve and grow. We’ll provide training on our products, systems, and processes, and trust you to bring initiative, sound judgment, and follow-through.

If you’ve wanted an opportunity to take ownership, put your ideas into practice, and help build a team you’re proud of, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

  • Organize daily priorities so customer and wholesale orders ship accurately and on time.
  • Work alongside your team to label, sort, pick, check, package, and ship pet accessories.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and keep inventory organized.
  • Train teammates and help them develop consistent, accurate work habits.
  • Resolve shipping and inventory issues, communicating with the founders when support is needed.
  • Monitor packaging supplies and keep the facility clean, organized, and ready.
  • Identify practical ways to improve accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

As our U.S. operation grows, you’ll have opportunities to develop new skills, take on broader responsibilities, and help shape its future.

You’d be a great fit if…

  • You have experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, including leading or training others.
  • You enjoy hands-on work and lead by example.
  • You can set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through without constant supervision.
  • You’re comfortable using computers, shipping software, and inventory systems.
  • You notice discrepancies and take the time to understand and resolve them.
  • You communicate clearly, treat people respectfully, and stay calm when plans change.
  • You’re looking for a place where you can contribute, stay, and grow.
  • You love animals and care about making their lives better.

We value commitment and the experience that comes from investing time with a team. If layoffs, contract work, or life events have shaped your employment history, you’re welcome to provide context in your cover letter.

This is a new operation, so there will be adjustments along the way. You don’t need to have every answer, but you should enjoy solving problems, learning, and helping a team move forward.

Why join TagsForHope?

  • Competitive pay. We value the experience, reliability, and responsibility you bring to the team.
  • Health insurance planned. Coverage is planned within our first three months of operation.
  • Work with purpose. Your daily work supports a company helping animals get care and a second chance.
  • Help build our first U.S. team. Your ideas and effort will help shape how the facility operates.
  • Work directly with the founders. You’ll have access to the people making decisions and a voice in improvements.
  • Grow with the operation. Our expansion will create opportunities to develop new skills and responsibilities.
  • Receive training and support. We’ll teach you our products, systems, and processes.
