Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer-related discussions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and support the timely closure of open positions.
• Prepare recruitment reports and share regular updates on hiring progress.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Experience using job portals and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up, time management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
