Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of daily operational activities of field service engineers
• Regularly manage calibration equipment and tool tracking processes
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to field engineers
• Follow up occupational health and safety documentation processes
• Support operational reporting and documentation activities
• Take part in planning and organizational processes within the Service Operations Center

Qualifications

• Biomedical or Electrical engineer degree
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined working approach
• Available for a long-term internship
