Spa Concierge - Spa Anjali

Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spais looking for a part-timeSpa Concierge to welcome guests and support the day-to-day operation of our award-winning spa. This role combines front desk and guest service responsibilities with spa reservations, retail sales, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. What You’ll Do Includes:

• Welcome spa guests, provide information about services and amenities, and assist with reservations and scheduling.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas, including opening and closing duties.
• Process spa and retail transactions accurately using the POS system and assist guests with boutique purchases and product recommendations.
• Restock and merchandise retail products while working toward spa retail sales goals.
• Monitor guest needs, address service concerns, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
• Provide support at the Fitness Desk and in other areas of the spa as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs.

Employment Type: Part Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $20 / hour 

Schedule:  Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

Post Closing Date: 10/30/2026 (or until filled)

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded professional who is at least 18 years of age and brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills. They are organized, able to problem-solve independently, and remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast-paced environment. Spa treatment and product knowledge is a plus.
