Mint Bespoke are seeking a Relief CDP to work at a 1AA hotel on the edge of lake Windermere. This relief chef de partie contract is paid weekly and offers free live in. Whether you're in between jobs and seeking short-term contracts or you're a seasoned relief chef ,Mint would love to hear from you.

Are you a skilled chef seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in the lake district ? We are looking for an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join our team on a temporary basis and work in Cumbria. As an integral part of our clients kitchen team, you will provide crucial support to our permanent chef. 

Ideal Profile for Chef de Partie:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Rosette background
• 4*/ 5* Hotel , restaurant , functions experience 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Responsibilities of Chef de Partie:

• working across restaurant, brasserie, weddings and functions 
• Preparing and cooking food to high standards
• Managing and maintaining stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
