Senior Business Analyst (M365 Copilot Advisory - Adoption & Change Management)

We are looking for aSenior Business Analyst (AI /Copilot Advisory & Adoption) to help clients move from AI curiosity to real, scaled impact. 

This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, business transformation, and change management. You will work with enterprise and public sector clients to define AI use cases, shape responsible adoption roadmaps, and drive behavioural change across organisations.

WhatYou’ll Do 

Business Analysis and Requirements: 

• Elicit,define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability 

• Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and system level specifications 

• Identify change impacts arising from new processes,systems and ways of working, and translate these into practical requirements, userstories and implementation considerations. 

• Create clear, structured documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams 

• Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, deliveryteams and end users 

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams 

• Contribute to andparticipate in the Business Analyst Community of Practice 

Process and Solution Design: 

• Analyse and redesign end to end business processes with a focus on process gaps,efficiency and experience. 

• Assess how proposed process and solution changes will affect roles, responsibilities, behaviours,controls and ways of working. 

• Ensure solutions balance user desirability, businessviability and technical feasibility 

• Identify opportunities for automation,optimisation and AI augmentation 

• Prototype andvalidate solutions to ensure alignment with user and business needs 

• Use feedback from end users and stakeholders to refine solution design, adoptionconsiderations and implementation support needs. 

• Support solution configuration,testing and implementation 

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation: 

• Lead collaborative sessions that drive shared understanding and decision making 

• Guidestakeholders through change,adoption and implementation 

• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet both user expectations and business outcomes 

• Support change impact discussions by helping stakeholders understand how new processes, systems or AI-enabled ways of working will affect roles,behaviours and day-to-day operations. 

• Contribute to adoption and readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis, communications input, training needs identification and feedback capture. 

• Help prepare stakeholders and end users for change by supporting engagement activities, readinessconversations and adoption focused workshops. 

Agile Delivery: 

• Work within Agile environments (Scrum,SAFe, Kanban) using tools such as Azure DevOps,Jira and Confluence 

• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprintplanning and iterative delivery 

• Bring adoption and change considerations into delivery ceremonies, helping teamsidentify stakeholder impacts, readiness risks and user enablement needs early. 

• Ensure user stories are well defined, testable and outcome focused 

• Occasionally step into Product Owner responsibilities where needed 
   

AI-Enabled Business Analyst 

• Leverage AI tools (e.g. M365 Copilot) to enhance analysis,documentation and insight generation 

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve quality and efficiency of outputs 

• Identify and shape AI-driven use cases within business processes 

• Consider the behavioural, adoption and trust implications of AI-enabled solutions, including how users will understand,accept and safely apply new capabilities. 

• Design AI-enabled workflows and requirements approaches 

• Ensure solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles (ethical, transparent, safe)

• +7 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or change. 

• Must Have Experience in M365 Copilot

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within digital or technology environments 

• Proven ability to apply human centred design or design thinking approaches 

• Excellent facilitation,communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

• Experience in Agile delivery environments and tools 

• Foundational understanding of organisational change management principles, including change impact, adoption,readiness and user enablement. 

AI and Future Ready Capability: 

• Familiarity with AI tools and applied use cases in business contexts 

• Experience using tools like M365 Copilot for productivity and analysis 

• Understanding of: 

• Prompt engineering 

• AI-assisted requirements workflows 

• Responsible AI practices 

Would be great if you have; 

• Certifications such as IIBA, CBAP or PMI-PBA (or working towards) 

• Prosci ADKAR or other Change Management certification (notrequired but highly regarded) 

• Preferred BFSI/Energy & Utilities, Retails industry experience
