Fullstack Developer (AI-Driven)

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment.

This is not a traditional developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows. Someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Next.js;
• Design, develop and maintain APIs and backend services using Node.js;
• Take ownership of the implementation of new features and technical improvements;
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions;
• Contribute to technical decisions, code quality and development best practices;
• Integrate AI tools and capabilities into products and development workflows;
• Design and implement automations and AI-assisted solutions;
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve existing products, processes and workflows.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Fullstack Software Development;
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
• Strong professional experience withReact, Next.js and Node.js;
• Solid experience designing and integratingREST APIs;
• Strong experience working withdatabases;
• Experience developing and maintaining production-ready web applications;
• Hands-on experience withAI-powered solutions, LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-driven automations;
• Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility, teamwork and proactivity;
• Good communication skills inEnglish.

Nice to Have

• Experience integratingLLM APIs or AI services into production applications;
• Experience with AI tools and frameworks for buildingagents and automated workflows;
• Experience using AI coding tools such asChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude;
• Knowledge ofprompt engineering and workflow optimization;
• Experience withcloud platforms and DevOps practices.
