Responsibilities

• Promote and actively acquire new-to-bank credit card customers through various sales channels and direct marketing efforts.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the Consumer Banking Group.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate credit card products and financial solutions.
• Ensure all customer applications and documentation are processed accurately and in strict compliance with the bank's internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in roadshows, corporate events, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance and ethical sales practices.
• Flexibility to participate in outdoor sales activities, roadshows, and events as required.
