At Emplify Health, our technology teams play a critical role in helping patients access the care they need. We are seeking anApplication Analyst Associate – SER (Scheduling, Eligibility & Registration) to support Epic patient access applications and workflows. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to maintain and optimize scheduling, registration, eligibility, and patient access solutions that enhance both the patient and caregiver experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support Epic patient access applications, including Scheduling, Eligibility, Registration, and related workflows.

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.

• Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.

• Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.

• Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity

• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
  
   

What's Available:

• Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

• Monday-Friday core business hours

• Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives in either La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI.

• Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) isnot available for this position.  

• Starting salary of $65,000/ year and up based on your relevant work experience
   

An Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Education:Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education

• Experience:Experience supporting healthcare applications, patient access workflows, or Epic applications preferred.

• Experience with Epic applications such as Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central (ADT), Referrals, or Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) is preferred.

• Familiarity with identity and access management platforms, includingOkta, is a plus.

• Epic certification or willingness to obtain certification as required.

• Strong analytical and problem solving experience

• Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly
